"I had the pleasure of working with Ruth Wood of The Charted Path for my most recent family trip to Greece. Having worked with many travel agents in the past, my experience with Ruth was exceptional! In the beginning of our search and unfortunately for Ruth, my family could not agree on a destination, so we asked her to prepare itineraries for two other locations before we decided on Greece! Needless to say, they all looked wonderful, but we decided on Greece, and we are so thankful that we did.
We travelled to Athens, Mykonos, Santorini and Crete. The Charted Path selected outstanding hotels in each location, arranged transports between the locations and booked our excursions with private tour guides. We enjoyed private tours of the Acropolis in Athens, a sunset catamaran cruise in Mykonos, a spectacular private bicycle tour in Santorini (with brand new 6000euro electric bikes), and our favorite excursion to a family farm in Crete where we enjoyed a wonderful authentic Cretan meal with our hosts.
We truly enjoyed this 5 star vacation which included so many extras that no other travel agency has ever provided for us. The trip’s itinerary was contained in an app that we all downloaded on our phones so that we could see where we were going and read about the locations, the sites, the food and everything you needed to know about everything – all at our fingertips! I really look forward to working with The Charted Path on our next trip – thanks so much, Ruth!"

"Six months later and my daughters are still talking about their trip to Japan. The Charted Path put together such a wonderful itinerary with fun and interesting things for all of us throughout the entire journey. There was great balance between scheduled, guided events and free time for us to explore on our own. Hotel, travel and restaurant accommodations were outstanding.
In addition to all the wonderful things Japan has to see and do, some of the things that still stand out are the in-home sushi preparation in Tokyo, sumo wrestling in Osaka, geisha visit in Kyoto and the Iwatayama Monkey Park near Kyoto. Can’t forget the endless hours of shopping at every location. Can’t wait to plan our next trip with The Charted Path."

"We had a fabulous trip that combined the best of Belize! We absolutely loved Lamani - taking the boat down the river and arriving to this tranquil place in the jungle was fantastic! We explored Mayan Ruins with an incredible guide, enjoyed cocktails on the river to watch the sunset - saw lots of wild life from the boats, in the jungle and on the night hike! The day trip to the ATM cave will not be forgotten - a short hike and then hours climbing rocks, swimming through water and making our way to see these old artifacts of sacrifices made to the gods! We still talk about it.
All of the transportation and flights were without issue - just the way you want it.
The Grand Caribe was also wonderful - right on the Caribbean with an incredible day of fishing only topped off by finding a private beach to eat the fresh fish and do some snorkeling! We loved our trip and are appreciate all the work you did to make sure it was a smooth, enjoyable and relaxing time for all!"
